ഉത്തരാഖണ്ഡ് ധരാലിയിലെ മേഘവിസ്ഫോടന ദുരന്തത്തില്‍ കാണാതായ 67 പേര്‍ മരിച്ചതായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.  52 ദിവസത്തിനുശേഷവും ഇവരെക്കുറിച്ച് സൂചന സൂചന ലഭിക്കാത്തതിനാലാണ് കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരിന്റെ തീരുമാനം. മരിച്ചവരുടെ കുടുംബങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഇതോടെ ഉടൻ  ധനസഹായം ലഭിക്കും.  

ഓഗസ്റ്റ് അഞ്ചിന് ഉത്തരഖണ്ഡ് ധാരാലിയിൽ  മേഘവിസ്ഫോടനത്തെത്തുടര്‍ന്നുണ്ടായ മിന്നല്‍ പ്രളയത്തില്‍pപ്പെട്ട 67 പേരെയാണ് ഇനിയും കണ്ടെത്താനുള്ളത്.  ഏറെനാൾ നീണ്ട തിരച്ചിൽ വിഫലമായി.  52 ദിവസത്തിനുശേഷവും സൂചന ലഭിക്കാത്ത സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് ഇവരെ മരിച്ചതായി കണക്കാക്കാന്‍ കേന്ദ്ര ആഭ്യന്തര മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന്‍റെ അനുമതി നൽകിയത്. മരിച്ചവരുടെ കുടുംബങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ധനസഹായം വൈകാതിരിക്കാനായാണ് ചട്ടങ്ങള്‍ മറികടന്നുള്ള നടപടി.  നിലവിലെ ജനന മരണ ആക്ടിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം  ഏഴ് വർഷത്തിനകം കണ്ടെത്താനായില്ലെങ്കിലേ മരിച്ചതായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കാവു.  

ബന്ധുക്കളുടെ കൂടി അഭ്യർത്ഥന പരിഗണിച്ചാണ് ധരാലിയിലെ നടപടി. മരണങ്ങൾ റജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യാന്‍ ഇന്ത്യൻ റജിസ്ട്രാർ ജനറൽ പ്രത്യേക അനുമതി നൽകി. സംസ്ഥാന ദുരന്ത നിവാരണ ഫണ്ടില്‍നിന്ന് ഓരോ കുടുംബത്തിനും അഞ്ച് ലക്ഷം രൂപയുടെ ധനസഹായം ലഭിക്കും. ധരാലിയിൽ നേരത്തെ ആറുമരണങ്ങളാണ് സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചത്

ENGLISH SUMMARY:

The Central Government has officially declared the 67 people who went missing after the cloudburst disaster in Dharali, Uttarakhand, as deceased. This decision comes after a 52-day extensive search failed to yield any trace of the missing individuals, who were caught in the flash floods on August 5th. The Union Home Ministry granted special permission, bypassing the normal seven-year waiting period mandated by the Birth and Death Registration Act, to ensure that the families of the victims receive financial assistance without delay. The decision was also made based on the request of the relatives. The Indian Registrar General has given special approval to register the deaths. The families are entitled to ₹5 lakh each from the State Disaster Response Fund. Six deaths had previously been confirmed in the Dharali disaster.
