മലപ്പുറം കൊണ്ടോട്ടിയില് ട്രാവലറും ടിപ്പര് ലോറിയും കൂട്ടിയിടിച്ച് രണ്ടുമരണം. പാലക്കാട് വടവന്നൂര് സ്വദേശിയായ ട്രാവലര് ഡ്രൈവര് രാജേഷ്, കൊല്ലങ്കോട് സ്വദേശിനി രമണി എന്നിവരാണ് മരിച്ചത്. പരുക്കേറ്റ പതിമൂന്നുപേരെ കോഴിക്കോട് മെഡിക്കല് കോളജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലും 15 പേരെ ഫറോക്ക് താലൂക്ക് ആശുപത്രിയിലും പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു.
പാലക്കാട് നിന്നും കൊട്ടിയൂരിലേക്ക് പോയ സംഘമാണ് അപകടത്തില്പ്പെട്ടത്. അപകടത്തില്പ്പെട്ടവരില് അഞ്ചുപേരുടെ നില ഗുരുതരമാണ്. പരുക്കേറ്റവരില് മൂന്നുപേര് ടിപ്പര് ലോറിയിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നവരാണ്. ലോറി നിയന്ത്രണം വിട്ട് ട്രാവലറിലേക്ക് ഇടിച്ചു കയറുകയായിരുന്നുവെന്നാണ് പ്രാഥമിക നിഗമനം.

A severe road accident in Kondotty, Malappuram, has resulted in the tragic deaths of two individuals and left twenty-eight others injured. The fatalities have been identified as Rajesh, the traveler driver from Vadavannur, and Ramani, a resident of Kollengode in Palakkad. The crash structurally occurred when a tourist traveler van collided head-on with a tipper lorry, causing extensive damage to both vehicles. Following the impact, emergency responders dynamically rushed thirteen critically injured passengers to the Kozhikode Medical College Hospital for advanced treatment.
