'രാത്രി പാര്‍ട്ടിക്ക് പോയാല്‍   കൂട്ട ബലാല്‍സംഗത്തിന് ഇരയാകാം. ഇരുട്ടത്ത് കൂട്ടുകാരിയെ ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോകരുത് ബലാല്‍സംഗമോ കൂട്ടബലാല്‍സംഗമോ ഉണ്ടായാലോ'. ഗുജറാത്ത് ട്രാഫിക്ക് പൊലീസിന്‍റെ പിന്തുണയോടെ സ്ത്രീസുരക്ഷയ്ക്കായി പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച പോസ്റ്ററുകളിലെ ചില വാചകങ്ങളാണിത്. പോസ്റ്ററുകള്‍ പ്രചരിച്ചതിന് പിന്നാലെ ഇത് സ്ത്രീവിരുദ്ധമാണെന്നും  പൊലീസിന് സാമാന്യബോധം ഇല്ലെയെന്നുമടക്കം വിമര്‍ശനമുയര്‍ന്നു. ഇതിന് പിന്നാലെ പോസ്റ്ററുകള്‍ നീക്കം ചെയ്തു. 

ബോധവല്‍ക്കരണത്തിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായണ്  പോസ്റ്ററുകള്‍   നഗരത്തിലെ പല പ്രധാന കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളില്‍ പതിച്ചത്. സതാര്‍ക്ത എന്ന ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്‍റെ പേരിലാണ് പോസ്റ്ററുകള്‍ എന്നാല്‍ പോസ്റ്റര്‍ സ്പോണ്‍സര്‍ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത് ട്രാഫിക്ക് പൊലീസാണ്. നിമിഷനേരം കൊണ്ട് ഇവ സമുഹമാധ്യമങ്ങളില്‍ പ്രചരിച്ചു. അതോടെ തലയൂരാനായി പൊലീസ് ശ്രമം. ലൈംഗികാതിക്രമത്തിനെതിരെ  ബോധവല്‍ക്കരണം സംഘടിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ സതാര്‍ക്തയെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടില്ലെന്നും ട്രാഫിക് ബോധവല്‍ക്കരണം മാത്രമായിരുന്നു അവരെ ഏല്‍പ്പിച്ചതെന്നുമായി വിശീകരണം 

സ്ത്രീകള്‍ക്കെതിരായ ആക്രമണങ്ങളില്‍ സ്ത്രീകളെ പഴിചാരുന്ന രീതിയിലുള്ള പോസ്റ്ററുകള്‍ പൊതുസ്ഥലങ്ങളില്‍ പതിക്കാന്‍ ആരാണ് അനുവദിച്ചത് എന്ന ചോദ്യവും ഇതിനിടെ  ഉയര്‍ന്നു. പ്രദേശത്ത് ആള്‍ക്കൂട്ട വിചാരണ ശക്തമാണെന്നും ഇത്തരക്കാരാണ് ഈ പോസ്റ്ററുകള്‍ക്ക് പിന്നിലെന്നും ആളുകളെ ഭയപ്പെടുത്തിയല്ല സുരക്ഷയെക്കുറിച്ചും പക്വതയെക്കുറിച്ചും അറിവ് നല്‍കിയാണ് അവബോധം നല്‍കേണ്ടതെന്നുമായിരുന്നു സമുഹമാധ്യമങ്ങളിലെ പ്രതികരണം
