ബോളിവുഡ് താരം രവീണ ടണ്ഠന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ 25 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വിലമതിക്കുന്ന സ്വര്ണാഭരണങ്ങളും വാച്ചുകളും കവര്ന്ന സംഭവത്തില് സഹായി അറസ്റ്റില്. ജൂഹു പൊലീസാണ് 47കാരിയായ റാഷി ഛബ്രിയയെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത്. 2020 മുതല് രവീണയുടെ വീട്ടില് സഹായിയായി നില്ക്കുകയായിരുന്നു റാഷി.
നടിയുടെ പ്രായമായ അമ്മയെ ശുശ്രൂഷിച്ചും വേണ്ട സഹായങ്ങള് ചെയ്തും വിശ്വാസം പിടിച്ചുപറ്റിയ റാഷി വീടിനുള്ളിലെ ലോക്കറില് സൂക്ഷിച്ചിരുന്ന സ്വര്ണ–വജ്രാഭരണങ്ങളും രണ്ട് വിലപിടിപ്പുള്ള വാച്ചുകളുമാണ് കവര്ന്നത്. ലോക്കറില് ആഭരണങ്ങള് ഇല്ലെന്ന് കണ്ടതും റാഷിയോടെ വിവരം ആരാഞ്ഞു. എന്നാല് താന് ഒന്നും എടുത്തിട്ടില്ലെന്നും ആഭരണങ്ങള് നഷ്ടമായത് അറിയില്ലെന്നുമായിരുന്നു മറുപടി.
സംശയം തോന്നിയ കുടുംബം വിവരം പൊലീസില് അറിയിച്ചു. റാഷിയെ പൊലീസ് കസ്റ്റഡിയിലെടുത്ത് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തതോടെയാണ് ഇവര് കുറ്റം സമ്മതിച്ചത്. തുടര്ന്ന് നടത്തിയ തിരച്ചിലില് വാച്ചുകളും കുറച്ച് ആഭരണങ്ങളും വീണ്ടെടുത്തു. ബാക്കിയുള്ള കണ്ടെത്തുന്നതിനായി അന്വേഷണം നടത്തുകയാണ്.
