ട്യൂഷന് പഠിക്കാനെത്തിയ വിദ്യാര്ഥിനിയെ ബലാല്സംഗം ചെയ്ത് ഗര്ഭിണിയാക്കിയ കേസില് അധ്യാപകന് അറസ്റ്റില്. ഉത്തര്പ്രദേശിലെ ലക്നൗവിലാണ് സംഭവം. 20 ദിവസത്തിനിടയില് പലവട്ടം പീഡിപ്പിച്ചുവെന്നും പീഡനത്തിനിടെ പെണ്കുട്ടി ഗര്ഭിണിയാകുകയായിരുന്നുവെന്നും എഫ്ഐആറില് പറയുന്നു.
പെണ്കുട്ടി ഗര്ഭിണിയാണെന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞതോടെ ഗര്ഭച്ഛിദ്രത്തിന് ഇയാള് നിര്ബന്ധിച്ചു. ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിയോടെയാണ് വിവരം പുറത്തറിഞ്ഞത്. കൗണ്സിലിങ് നല്കിയതോടെ ട്യൂഷന് അധ്യാപകനാണ് പ്രതിയെന്ന് തെളിഞ്ഞു. തുടര്ന്ന് നടത്തിയ തിരച്ചിലില് പ്രതിയെ കണ്ടെത്തുകയും അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുകയുമായിരുന്നു. ഇയാള്ക്കെതിരെ പോക്സോ ചുമത്തി. എസ്സി–എസ്ടി അതിക്രമം തടയല് നിയമം അനുസരിച്ചും ഇയാള്ക്കെതിരെ കേസ് റജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
