ചൂരൽമല - മുണ്ടക്കൈ ദുരന്ത ബാധിതരുടെ തുടർ ചികിത്സാ ബില്ലുകളിൽ തുക മാറിക്കിട്ടുന്നത് അനന്തമായി വൈകുന്നു. ചികിത്സിച്ച പണം മാസങ്ങളായിട്ടും കിട്ടാതെ ഡയാലിസിസ് രോഗികൾ അടക്കം ദുരിതത്തിലാണ്.  

 

 

മുട്ടിൽ - പരിയാരത്ത് വാടകയ്ക്ക് താമസിക്കുന്ന ഷംസുദ്ദീന് തുടർ ചികിത്സാ ബില്ലായി കിട്ടാനുള്ളത് 80,862 രൂപയാണ്. ബില്ല് കൊടുത്തിട്ട് ഒരു വർഷത്തോളമായി. മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ മാറിയെന്നും വീണ്ടും ബില്ല് നൽകണമെന്നും പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ നാല് മാസം മുൻപ് അതും നൽകി. ഷംസുദ്ദീൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെ മാസങ്ങൾക്ക് മുൻപ് ബില്ല് പാസായ 24 പേർക്ക് ഇനിയും അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ പണം എത്തിയിട്ടില്ല. ഇതിൽ ഡയാലിസിന് പോകുന്ന രോഗികളും ദുരന്തത്തിന് ശേഷം തുടർച്ചയായി ആശുപത്രികൾ കയറി ഇറങ്ങുന്നവരും ഉണ്ട്.

 

 

 

തുടർ ചികിത്സാ ആവശ്യമുളളവർക്ക് സർക്കാർ സ്മാർട്ട് കാർഡുകൾ നൽകിയെങ്കിലും ഇതുകൊണ്ട് ആശുപത്രികളിൽ നിന്ന് സൗജന്യ ചികിത്സ ലഭിക്കുന്നില്ല. രോഗികളുടെ ബില്ലുകൾ ജില്ലാ ദുരന്ത നിവാരണ അതോറിറ്റി അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന നടപടിക്രമങ്ങൾ പലപ്പോഴും നീണ്ട് പോകുകയാണ്. ഇതിന് ശേഷം ഡോക്ടർമാർ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന സ്ക്രീനിങ്ങ് കമ്മിറ്റി പാസാക്കുന്ന ബില്ലുകളിലും നടപടി ഇല്ലെന്ന് വരുമ്പോൾ ആരെ സമീപിക്കണം എന്നറിയാതെ ദുരന്ത ബാധിതർ നിസഹായരാണ്.
