എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് യോഗത്തിൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച കണക്കുകൾ പ്രകാരം ഡൽഹി സമരത്തിൽ കേരളത്തിൽനിന്ന് ആകെ 1400-ൽ പരം പാർട്ടി പ്രവർത്തകരാണ് പങ്കെടുത്തത്. കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിൽനിന്ന് ഇരുന്നൂറ്റൻപതോളം പേരെ ഡൽഹിയിലെത്തിക്കാനായിരുന്നു പാർട്ടി നിർദേശിച്ചിരുന്നതെങ്കിലും 190 പേർ മാത്രമാണ് രാംലീലാ മൈതാനിയിലെ പ്രതിഷേധത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തത്. സമാനമായ രീതിയിൽ ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലയിൽനിന്നും മുൻകൂട്ടി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരുന്ന പ്രാതിനിധ്യം ഉണ്ടായില്ല. സംസ്ഥാന എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓരോ ജില്ലാ ഘടകങ്ങൾക്കും വ്യക്തമായ ക്വാട്ട നിശ്ചയിച്ചു നൽകിയിരുന്നെങ്കിലും കൊല്ലം, ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലകൾ അത് പൂർണമായും പാലിക്കുന്നതിൽ പരാജയപ്പെടുകയായിരുന്നു.

The CPI State Executive has severely criticized the Kollam and Idukki district leaderships for failing to fulfill their assigned delegate quotas for the party's national protest rally at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan. According to official figures presented at the executive meeting in Delhi, over 1,400 party workers from Kerala participated in the agitation against the Central Government's policies. While the Kollam district committee was tasked with sending 250 workers, only 190 members attended the protest, and Idukki similarly recorded a major deficit in participation. Following these serious organizational lapses, the party leadership has formally decided to seek explanation from both district committees.
