വയലാര്‍ പുരസ്കാരത്തിന് അര്‍ഹമായ എഴുത്തുകാരി ആര്‍ രാജശ്രീയുടെ ‘ആത്രേയകം’ നോവലിനെതിരായ ആരോപണത്തിനെതിരെ കോടതിയലക്ഷ്യക്കേസ് നല്‍കാന്‍ നീക്കം. നോവല്‍ തന്‍റെ കൃതികളില്‍ നിന്ന് മോഷ്ടിച്ചതെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ച ആലപ്പുഴ സ്വദേശി വിനയശ്രീക്കെതിരെയാണ് ആര്‍.രാജശ്രീ നടപടിക്കൊരുങ്ങുന്നത്.
കഴിഞ്ഞ മെയ് മാസത്തില്‍ തലശേരി മുന്‍സിഫ് കോടതി പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച ഇടക്കാല വിധി ലംഘിച്ചെന്ന് കാട്ടിയാണ് നീക്കം. വിനയശ്രീക്കെതിരെ നല്‍കിയ സിവില്‍ കേസിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് സാമൂഹ്യമാധ്യമത്തിലൂടെ അപകീര്‍ത്തി പോസ്റ്റുകള്‍ വിലക്കിയായിരുന്നു ഇടക്കാല ഉത്തരവ്.
എന്നാല്‍ വയലാര്‍ അവാര്‍ഡിന് ‘ആത്രേയകം’ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടതിന് ശേഷം വിനയശ്രീ നേരത്തെ ഉന്നയിച്ച ആരോപണം വീണ്ടും പൊതുമധ്യത്തില്‍ ഉയര്‍ത്തിയത് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയാണ് നിയമനടപടി കടുപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.
