സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് മഴ മുന്നറിയിപ്പ്. മധ്യകേരളത്തിലെ ആറുജില്ലകളില് യെലോ അലര്ട്ട് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. പത്തനംതിട്ട, കോട്ടയം, ഇടുക്കി, എറണാകുളം, തൃശൂര്, പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലകളിലാണ് മഴ മുന്നറിയിപ്പുള്ളത്. ഈ ജില്ലകളില് പരക്കെ മഴക്കും ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ട കനത്തമഴക്കും സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. ചിലസ്ഥലങ്ങളില് മണിക്കൂറില് 50 കിലോ മീറ്റര്വരെ വേഗതയുള്ള കാറ്റിന് സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. 21ാം തീയതി വരെ സംസഥാനത്ത് ഇടത്തരം മഴയോ നേരിയമഴയോ ലഭിക്കുമെന്ന് കാലാവസ്ഥാ വകുപ്പ് അറിയിച്ചു.
തൃശൂര് ജില്ലയിലെ ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ടയിടങ്ങളിൽ അതിശക്തമായ മഴയ്ക്കുള്ള സാധ്യതയെന്ന് കേന്ദ്രകാലാവസ്ഥാ വകുപ്പ്. 24 മണിക്കൂറിൽ 115.6 mm മുതൽ 204.4 mm വരെ മഴ ലഭിക്കുമെന്നാണ് മുന്നറിയിപ്പ്. 19–ാം തീയതി മലപ്പുറം, കോഴിക്കോട്,വയനാട്, കണ്ണൂർ, കാസറഗോഡ് ജില്ലകളിൽ ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ട ശക്തമായ മഴ മുന്നറിയിപ്പുമുണ്ട്.

These regions may also experience winds reaching speeds of up to 50 km/h. While light to moderate rain is expected across the state until the 21st, Thrissur is specifically highlighted for potential very heavy rainfall, ranging from 115.6 mm to 204.4 mm in a 24-hour period. Additionally, isolated heavy rain is predicted for Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, and Kasaragod districts on the 19th.
