സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ സ്ത്രീകള്ക്ക് കെഎസ്ആര്ടിസിയില് സൗജന്യയാത്ര ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്ന പ്രിയദര്ശിനി പദ്ധതിക്കായി ബജറ്റില് 600 കോടി രൂപ വകയിരുത്തി സര്ക്കാര്. കെഎസ്ആര്ടിസിക്ക് ഈ തുക സര്ക്കാര് കൈമാറും. പൊതുഗതാഗത മേഖലയെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനായി സ്വകാര്യബസുകളുടെ ത്രൈമാസ നികുതിയില് 50 ശതമാനം ഇളവും പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.
കേരളത്തിലേക്ക് റജിസ്ട്രേഷനായി കൂടുതല് ഓള് ഇന്ത്യാ ടൂറിസ്റ്റ് ബസുകള് എത്തുന്നതിനും അന്തര് സംസ്ഥാന യാത്രാസൗകര്യം വര്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുമായി ഓള് ഇന്ത്യ ടൂറിസ്റ്റ് പെര്മിറ്റ് ബസുകളുടെ ത്രൈമാസ നികുതി കുറച്ചു. നിലവിലെ ത്രൈമാസ നികുതിയായ സീറ്റൊന്നിന് 2000 രൂപയെന്നുള്ളത് 900 രൂപയായും സ്ലീപ്പര് ഒന്നിന് 3000 രൂപയെന്നുള്ളത് 1500 രൂപയായും കുറച്ചു.
കേരളത്തിലേക്ക് കൂടുതല് ട്രെയിലര് വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ റജിസ്ട്രേഷന് ആകര്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനായി ഇവയുടെ ത്രൈമാസ നികുതികള് ഏകീകരിച്ച് പരിഷ്കരിക്കും. 20 ടണിന് മുകളില് ഭാരമുണ്ടായിരുന്ന വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ അധികനികുതി ഒഴിവാക്കി 15 ടണിന് മുകളില് ഭാരമുള്ളങ്ങളുടേതിലേക്കാക്കി. Click to Read Kerala Budget 2026 Highlights
