സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഇന്നു മുതല് മഴയടെ തീവ്രത കുറയുമെന്ന് കാലാവസ്ഥാ വകുപ്പ്. ഒരു ജില്ലയിലും റെഡ്, ഒാറഞ്ച് അലര്ട്ടുകളില്ല. മലപ്പുറം, കോഴിക്കോട്, വയനാട്, കണ്ണൂര്, കാസര്കോട് ജില്ലകളില് യെലോ അലര്ട്ടു നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. നാളെയും മറ്റന്നാളും കൂടി സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഇടത്തരം മഴക്ക് സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.
നാളെ മലപ്പുറം, കോഴിക്കോട്, വയനാട്, കണ്ണൂര്, കാസര്കോട് ജില്ലകളില് യെലോ അലര്ട്ട് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. മറ്റന്നാള് എറണാകുളം, തൃശ്ശൂർ, പാലക്കാട്, മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലകളിലയും യെലോ അലര്ട്ടുണ്ട്. ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ട ശക്തമായ മഴയ്ക്കുള്ള സാധ്യതയാണ് പ്രവചിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്.
വടക്കുകിഴക്കൻ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളുടെ ബാക്കി ഭാഗങ്ങളിലേക്കും, സിക്കിം സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് പൂർണ്ണമായും, പശ്ചിമ ബംഗാളിന്റെ ഉപ-ഹിമാലയൻ പ്രദേശങ്ങളുടെ (Sub-Himalayan West Bengal) ചില ഭാഗങ്ങളിലേക്കും ഇന്നലെ കാലവർഷം എത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
