അതേസമയം, അടുത്ത 3 മണിക്കൂറിൽ കേരളത്തിലെ തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കൊല്ലം, പത്തനംതിട്ട, ആലപ്പുഴ, കോട്ടയം, എറണാകുളം, തൃശ്ശൂർ, മലപ്പുറം, കോഴിക്കോട്, കണ്ണൂർ, കാസറഗോഡ് ജില്ലകളിലെ ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ടയിടങ്ങളിൽ നേരിയ മഴയ്ക്ക് സാധ്യതയുണ്ടെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര കാലാവസ്ഥ വകുപ്പ് പറയുന്നു.
കേരള -കർണാടക- ലക്ഷദ്വീപ് തീരങ്ങളിൽ മണിക്കൂറിൽ 35 മുതൽ 45 കിലോമീറ്റർ വരെയും ചില അവസരങ്ങളിൽ മണിക്കൂറിൽ 55 കിലോമീറ്റർ വരെയും വേഗതയിൽ ശക്തമായ കാറ്റിനും മോശം കാലാവസ്ഥയ്ക്കും സാധ്യതയുള്ളതിനാല് വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച വരെ മല്സ്യബന്ധനത്തിന് വിലക്കുണ്ട്.
