എറണാകുളം സൗത്ത് റെയില്വേ സ്റ്റേഷനില് ട്രെയിനില് കയറാന് ശ്രമിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ യുവതി വീണു മരിച്ചു. കൊല്ലം സ്വദേശി ചിപ്പി (35)യാണ് മരിച്ചത്. പുലര്ച്ചെയുള്ള വഞ്ചിനാട് എക്സ്പ്രസില് കയറാന് ശ്രമിക്കവേയാണ് ചിപ്പി ട്രെയിനടിയിലേക്ക് വീണുപോയത്. മൃതദേഹം ജനറല് ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി. അപകടം മൂലം ഒരു മണിക്കൂര് വൈകിയാണ് ട്രെയിന് പുറപ്പെട്ടത്.
