തൃശൂര് എരുമപ്പെട്ടിയില് കിടപ്പുരോഗിയെ തെരുവുനായ കടിച്ചുകൊന്നു. 84 വയസുള്ള കാര്ത്ത്യായിനിയാണ് മരിച്ചത്. മാനസിക വെല്ലുവിളിയുള്ള അറുപതുകാരന് മകനെയും നായ കടിച്ചു. വീടിനകത്ത് കയറി നായ ആക്രമിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഇന്ന് വൈകീട്ട് 6 മണിയോടെയാണ് സംഭവം. കട്ടിലില് കിടക്കുകയായിരുന്ന കാര്ത്ത്യായനിയെ വീടിനകത്ത് കയറി നായ അതിക്രൂരമായി ആക്രമിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
