യുദ്ധത്തെ തുടര്ന്ന് രൂക്ഷമായ ഊര്ജ പ്രതിസന്ധിയില് ജനങ്ങള്ക്ക് ആശ്വാസം നല്കുന്ന നടപടികള് സംസ്ഥാന സര്ക്കാര് കൈക്കൊള്ളുമെന്ന് ഭക്ഷ്യമന്ത്രി ജി.ആര്.അനില് മനോരമന്യൂസിനോട്. പാചകവാതകത്തിന്റെ കാര്യത്തില് നിലവില് ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തിയ നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങളില് മാറ്റം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുമെന്നും കരിഞ്ചന്ത തടയാന് നടപടിയെടുക്കുമെന്നും മന്ത്രി വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ഇതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സംസ്ഥാന വ്യാപക പരിശോധന നടത്തുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം വിശദീകരിച്ചു.
പ്രതിസന്ധി ഉടലെടുത്തതോടെ രാജ്യത്തെ ഭക്ഷണശാലകള്ക്ക് നാഷനല് റസ്റ്ററന്റ് അതോറിറ്റി കര്ശന മാര്ഗനിര്ദേശങ്ങള് നല്കി. ഗ്യാസിന് പകരമായി ഇന്ഡക്ഷന് കുക്കറും മറ്റും ഉപയോഗിക്കണമെന്നും പാചക രീതികള്ക്ക് മാറ്റം വരുത്തണമെന്നും നിര്ദേശങ്ങളില് പറയുന്നു. മെനുവില് നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങള് കൊണ്ടുവരണമെന്നും ഇക്കാര്യം ഉപഭോക്താക്കളെ അറിയിക്കണമെന്നും ചട്ടങ്ങളില് പറയുന്നു.
