മൂന്നാം ബലാത്സംഗ കേസിൽ രാഹുൽ മാങ്കൂട്ടത്തിൽ എം.എൽ.എയ്ക്ക് ആശ്വാസം. മൊബൈൽ ഫോണിന്റെ പാസ്സ്വേർഡ് അന്വേഷണ സംഘത്തിന് നൽകണമെന്ന ഉത്തരവ് ഹൈക്കോടതി സ്റ്റേ ചെയ്തു. തിരുവല്ല മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതിയുടെ ഉത്തരവാണ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് സി.ജയചന്ദ്രൻ സ്റ്റേ ചെയ്തത്. രാഹുലിന്റെ ഫോൺ നേരത്തെ അന്വേഷണസംഘം കസ്റ്റഡിയിൽ എടുത്തിരുന്നു.
എന്നാൽ അന്വേഷണസംഘം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടും രാഹുൽ പാസ്വേർഡ് നൽകിയില്ല. തുടർന്നാണ് പാസ്വേർഡ് നൽകാൻ തിരുവല്ല മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി ഉത്തരവിട്ടത്. പാസ്വേഡ് വെളിപ്പെടുത്താൻ പ്രതിയെ നിർബന്ധിക്കാൻ അന്വേഷണ ഏജൻസികൾക്ക് അധികാരം നൽകുന്ന പ്രത്യേക വ്യവസ്ഥകളില്ലെന്ന് രാഹുൽ വാദിച്ചു. ഹർജി മൂന്നാഴ്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം കോടതി വീണ്ടും പരിഗണിക്കും.
