തെക്കന് ജില്ലകളില് ഇന്ന് പരക്കെ മഴ കിട്ടും. തിരുവനന്തപുരം,കൊല്ലം,പത്തനംതിട്ട, ജില്ലകളില് യെലോ അലര്ട്ട് നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. മറ്റു ജില്ലകളില് ഇടത്തരം മഴ ലഭിക്കും. മത്സ്യതൊഴിലാളികള് കടലില്പോകരുതെന്ന മുന്നറിയിപ്പുണ്ട്. ഇടിമിന്നല്ജാഗ്രതാ നിര്ദേശവും പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു. വരുന്ന നാലു ദിവസം കൂടി സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് മഴ തുടരുമെന്ന് കാലാവസ്ഥാ വകുപ്പ് അറിയിച്ചു.
അടുത്ത 3 മണിക്കൂറിൽ സന്നിധാനം, പമ്പ, നിലയ്ക്കൽ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ടയിടങ്ങളിൽ നേരിയ (< 5 mm/hr) മഴയ്ക്ക് സാധ്യതയുണ്ടെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര കാലാവസ്ഥ വകുപ്പ് അറിയിച്ചു.

Heavy rain is expected to continue in the southern districts of Kerala today. A Yellow Alert has been issued for Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, and Pathanamthitta districts. Moderate rain is expected in other districts. Fishermen have been warned not to venture into the sea, and a lightning alert has also been issued. The Meteorological Department forecasts that rain will continue for the next four days across the state. Isolated light rain is also possible in Sabarimala, Pamba, and Nilakkal regions in the next three hours
