തൃശൂര്‍ ലുലു മാൾ പദ്ധതിയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിവാദത്തിൽ നിയമപരമായി മുന്നോട്ട് പോകുമെന്ന് ലുലു ഗ്രൂപ്പ് ചെയർമാനും പ്രമുഖ വ്യവസായിയുമായ എം.എ.യൂസഫലി. പദ്ധതി യാഥാർഥ്യമാകാത്തതിൽ വലിയ വിഷമമുണ്ടെന്നും ഏത് രാജ്യത്തും നിയമവ്യവസ്ഥയ്ക്ക് അനുസൃതമായി മാത്രമേ ലുലു ഗ്രൂപ്പ് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുകയുള്ളൂവെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. ആർക്കും ആരെയും ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യാനുള്ള അവകാശമുണ്ടെന്നും, വിഷയത്തിൽ നിയമപരമായ വഴികൾ തേടുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി. കുവൈറ്റിൽ പുതിയ ലുലു സ്റ്റോർ ഉൽഘാടനം ചെയ്തു സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു യുസഫ് അലി.

തൃശൂരിൽ ലുലു മാൾ വരാൻ വൈകാൻ കാരണം ഒരു രാഷ്ട്രീയപാർട്ടിയുടെ ഇടപെടലെന്ന് എം.എ.യൂസഫലി നേരത്തെ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. രണ്ടരവർഷം മുൻപ് പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിക്കേണ്ടതായിരുന്നു. രാജ്യത്ത് ബിസിനസ് തുടങ്ങാൻ ഒരുപാട് പ്രതിസന്ധികളെ നേരിടണം. തൃശൂരിൽ ലുലു മാൾ തുടങ്ങിയാൽ 3000 പേർക്കാണ് ജോലി കിട്ടുകയെന്നും അന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പ്രതികരിക്കയുണ്ടായി.

അതേസമയം, ലുലു മാളിനെതിരെ ഹർജി നൽകിയതാകട്ടെ സി.പി.ഐ ലോക്കൽ കമ്മിറ്റി അംഗം ടി.എൻ. മുകുന്ദനാണ്. പരാതി വ്യക്തിപരമെന്നും പാർട്ടിക്കു പങ്കില്ലെന്നും വരന്തരപ്പിള്ളി സ്വദേശിയായ ടി.എൻ. മുകുന്ദൻ മനോരമ ന്യൂസിനോട് പ്രതികരിച്ചിരുന്നു. താൻ പാർട്ടി അംഗമാണ്. നെൽവയൽ നികത്തുന്നതിനെതിരെയാണ് പരാതി നൽകിയത്. സമ്പന്നനും സാധാരണക്കാരനും ഒരേ നീതി വേണം എന്നുമായിരുന്നു മുകുന്ദന്‍റെ നിലപാട്. ഇന്ത്യൻ പൗരൻ എന്നുള്ള നിലയ്ക്കാണ് വിഷയത്തിൽ ഇടപെട്ടതെന്നും മുകുന്ദൻ വിശദീകരിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി.

He also stressed that everyone has the right to raise questions, but legal remedies will be pursued. The project, which was expected to start operations two and a half years ago, could provide jobs for over 3,000 people. The petition against the mall was filed by CPI local committee member T.N. Mukundan, who claims it was a personal complaint related to paddy field reclamation, not a party stance. Mukundan reiterated that both the rich and the common man deserve equal justice, and his intervention was solely as a citizen.
