രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടിയായി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യും മുൻപ് കോക്രോച്ച് ജനതാ പാർട്ടിയിൽ പിളർപ്പ്. ഒരു വിഭാഗം കോക്രോച്ച് ജനതാ പാർട്ടി ഡെമോക്രാറ്റിക് എന്ന പേരിൽ പുതിയ കൂട്ടായ്മ രൂപീകരിച്ചു. മനീഷ് ബ്രഹ്മഭട്ടിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലാണ് പുതിയ വിഭാഗം. സിജെപി സ്ഥാപകൻ അഭിജീത് ദീപ്കെയ്ക്കെതിരെ ബ്രഹ്മഭട്ട് രൂക്ഷവിമർശനം ഉന്നയിച്ചു. 

പ്രസ്ഥാനം രാഷ്ട്രീയവൽക്കരിച്ചെന്നും ഏതാനും പേരിലേക്ക് നേതൃത്വം കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചെന്നും ആരോപണമുണ്ട്. ആം ആദ്മി പാർട്ടിയുമായി ബന്ധമുള്ളവരെ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയാണ് സംഘടനയുണ്ടാക്കിയതെന്നും മനീഷ് ബ്രഹ്മഭട്ട് പറഞ്ഞു. 

രാജ്യത്തെ എല്ലാ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും പ്രതിനിധികളെ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി ജനാധിപത്യപരമായ നേതൃത്വം വേണമെന്ന ആവശ്യം അംഗീകരിച്ചില്ലെന്നും ആരോപിച്ചു. കോക്രോച്ച് ജനതാ പാർട്ടി ഡെമോക്രാറ്റിക് വിഭാഗം സുതാര്യതയ്ക്കും ഉത്തരവാദിത്തത്തിനും പ്രാധാന്യം നൽകുമെന്നും മനീഷ് ബ്രഹ്മഭട്ട് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

A faction led by Manish Brahmbhatt has broken away to form a new outfit named the Cockroach Janata Party Democratic. Brahmbhatt launched a scathing attack against CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke, accusing him of centralizing leadership among a select few and politicizing the movement. He further alleged that the original party was formed by incorporating individuals associated with the Aam Aadmi Party and stated that the new democratic faction will prioritize transparency and accountability.
