മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി സ്ഥാനം ഒഴിഞ്ഞതിന് പിന്നാലെ സമ്മർദ നീക്കവുമായി സിദ്ധരാമയ്യ ഡൽഹിയിൽ. മകനും അടുപ്പക്കാർക്കും നിർണായക പദവികൾ വേണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതായി റിപ്പോർട്ട്. ദേശീയ നേതൃത്വവുമായി അദ്ദേഹം കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച നടത്തി. ഡല്‍ഹിയിലുള്ള ഡി.കെ ശിവകുമാറും അടുപ്പക്കാരെ കാണുന്ന തിരക്കിലാണ്.

പരസ്യ വിഴുപ്പലക്കലിന് നിൽക്കാതെ, രാജിവച്ചൊഴിഞ്ഞ സിദ്ധരാമയ്യയെ തള്ളാനും കൊള്ളാനും വയ്യാത്ത സ്ഥിതിയിലാണ് കോൺഗ്രസ് നേതൃത്വം.  ആവശ്യങ്ങളുടെ  വലിയ ലിസ്റ്റ് തന്നെ സിദ്ധരാമയ്യ കോൺഗ്രസ് നേതൃത്വത്തിന് നൽകി. ഗാന്ധി കുടുംബത്തെയും മല്ലികാർജുൻ ഖർഗെയെയും കെ.സി.വേണുഗോപാലിനെയും കണ്ട അദ്ദേഹം, മകൻ യതീന്ദ്രയെ മന്ത്രിയാക്കണം എന്ന ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതായി സൂചനയുണ്ട്. രാജ്യസഭ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ മത്സരിക്കേണ്ടവരുടെ പേരുകളും എംഎല്‍സിമാരുടെ പട്ടികയും സിദ്ധരാമയ്യ കൈമാറിയതായാണ് വിവരം.

രണ്ട് ഉപമുഖ്യമന്ത്രിമാരില്‍ ഒരാള്‍ ദലിത് വിഭാഗത്തില്‍നിന്നും അടുത്തയാള്‍ ന്യൂനപക്ഷവിഭാഗത്തിൽനിന്നുമായേക്കും. സതീഷ് ജാര്‍ക്കിഹോളി പിസിസി അധ്യക്ഷനാകാനാണ് സാധ്യത.   ഡൽഹിയിലുള്ള ഡി.കെ.ശിവകുമാർ ദേശീയനേതൃത്വവുമായി കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ല.  തർക്കങ്ങൾ തീർത്ത് അടുത്തയാഴ്ച സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞ നടത്താനാണ് നീക്കം.
