മൊബൈൽ ഫോൺ മോഷ്ടിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ച്  പെരുമ്പാവൂരില്‍ യുവാവിനെ തല്ലിക്കൊന്നു. ഇതരസംസ്ഥാന തൊഴിലാളിയാണ് കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടത്. അസമുകാരായ ആറുപേരെ കസ്റ്റഡിയിയെടുത്തു. ഇന്നലെ രാത്രിയിലാണ് കൊലപാതകം നടന്നത്. 

 

അസം സ്വദേശികളായ അലാവുദ്ദീൻ, മിനാരുൾ, സാക്കിർ ഹുസൈൻ, ഹബീസുദീൻ, ഹസൻ അലി, മുസമ്മിൽ എന്നിവരാണ് പിടിയിലായത്. മർദനത്തെ തുടർന്ന് യുവാവിന്‍റെ മുഖത്തും വയറിലും കൈകാലുകളിലും ഗുരുതര പരുക്കുണ്ട്. പല്ലുകളും തകർന്നു.  യുവാവ് സംഭവസ്ഥലത്ത് തന്നെ മരിച്ചു. 

 

സിസിടിവി ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ച് നടത്തിയ അന്വേഷണത്തിലാണ് പ്രതികൾ താമസിച്ചിരുന്ന മുറിയിൽ വെച്ചാണ് അക്രമം നടന്നതെന്ന് വ്യക്തമായത്. ഇൻക്വസ്റ്റ് നടപടികൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കി മൃതദേഹം പോസ്റ്റ്‌മോർട്ടത്തിനായി മാറ്റി. പോലീസ് അന്വേഷണം ഊർജിതമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
