കോട്ടയം കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളിയില്‍  വീട്ടമ്മയും യുവാവും മരിച്ചനിലയില്‍. കഴുത്തറുത്ത നിലയിലാണ് വീട്ടമ്മയെ കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. യുവാവ് തൂങ്ങി മരിച്ച നിലയിലുമായിരുന്നു. ഇന്നലെ രാത്രിയോടെയാണ് മൃതദേഹങ്ങൾ കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. മോർക്കോലിൽ ഷേർളി മാത്യുവും (45) കോട്ടയം സ്വദേശിയെന്നു സംശയിക്കുന്ന യുവാവുമാണ് മരിച്ചതെന്ന് പൊലീസ് പറയുന്നു.

ഇന്നലെ രാത്രിയോടെ വീട്ടമ്മയെ ഫോണിൽ വിളിച്ച് കിട്ടാതെ വന്നതോടെ ഒരാൾ നടത്തിയ അന്വേഷണത്തിലാണ് കിടപ്പു മുറിയിലെ കട്ടിലിനോട് ചേർന്ന് കഴുത്തറുത്ത് നിലയിൽ കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. യുവാവിനെ വീടിനുള്ളിൽ സ്റ്റെയർകേസിൽ തൂങ്ങി മരിച്ച നിലയിലാണ് കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. 

ആറുമാസം മുന്‍പാണ് ഇരുവരും ഇവിടെ താമസിക്കാന്‍‌ എത്തിയത് എന്നാണ് നാട്ടുകാര്‍ പറയുന്നത്. രണ്ടുപേരെ കുറിച്ചും കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ നാട്ടുകാർക്കും അറിയില്ല. എത്ര നാളായി ഇവർ ഒരുമിച്ച് താമസിക്കുന്നു എന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ചും വ്യക്തമായ വിവരമില്ല.
