ആലുവയില് മൊബൈല് ഫോണ് ഹാക്ക് ചെയ്ത് യുവാവിന്റെ മൂന്നര ലക്ഷം രൂപ കവര്ന്നു. മൂക്കന്നൂര് പാലിമറ്റം മെബിന് എമേഴ്സിനാണ് പണം നഷ്ടമായത്. യുകെയില് ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്ന മെബിന്റെ വിദേശ നമ്പറിലേയ്ക്ക് വന്ന ലിങ്ക് ഓപ്പണ് ചെയ്തതോടെ സ്മാര്ട്ട് ഫോണിന്റെ നിയന്ത്രണം നഷ്ടമായി.
യൂസര് നെയിമും പാസ് വേര്ഡും ചോദിച്ചതോടെ അത് നല്കാതെ ബാക്ക് അടിച്ചു. പിന്നീട് ബാങ്ക് സ്റ്റേറ്റ്മെന്റ് പരിശോധിച്ചപ്പോഴാണ് പണം നഷ്ടമായതായി വ്യക്തമായത്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുനിന്നാണ് പണം പിന്വലിച്ചത്. ആലുവ സൈബര് പൊലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനില് പരാതി നല്കി.
