സൂപ്പർ ലീഗ് കേരള ഫുട്ബോളിൽ തൃശൂർ മാജിക്ക് എഫ്‌സിയെ പെനൽറ്റി ഷൂട്ടൗട്ടിൽ തോൽപ്പിച്ച് ഫോഴ്‌സാ കൊച്ചി എഫ്‌സി. തൃശ്ശൂരിന്റെ രണ്ട് കിക്കുകൾ തടുത്ത ഗോൾ കീപ്പർ ദേബ്ജിത്ത് മജുംദാറാണ് വിജയശിൽപി. ഫോഴ്‌സാ കൊച്ചിയുടെ ആദ്യ ഗോളിനെച്ചൊല്ലിയുള്ള തർക്കത്തെ തുടർന്ന് മത്സരം അരമണിക്കൂറോളം നിർത്തിവച്ചിരുന്നു.

കലൂർ സ്റ്റേഡിയത്തിൽ നടന്ന മത്സരത്തിൽ ഫോഴ്‌സയെ വിജയത്തിലേക്ക് നയിച്ചത് പകരക്കാരനായി ഇറങ്ങിയ ഗോൾ കീപ്പർ ദേബ്ജിത്ത് മജുംദാർ. ജിയാദ്, ഷിഹാസ് എന്നിവരുടെ കിക്കുകളാണ്  തട്ടിയകറ്റിയത്. ഫോഴ്‌സയുടെ നാലു കിക്കുകൾ ഗോളായി.

നിശ്ചിത സമയത്ത് ഇരുടീമും രണ്ടു ഗോൾ വീതം നേടി സമനില പാലിച്ചു. കൊച്ചിക്കായി 14 -ാം മിനിറ്റിൽ  നാഹുവൽ പെരേര ആദ്യ ഗോൾ നേടി. എന്നാൽ ഗോൾ അനുവദിച്ചതിനെതിരെ തൃശൂർ രംഗത്തെത്തി. ഗോളിന് തൊട്ടുമുമ്പ് ഹാൻഡ്ബോളുണ്ടെന്നായിരുന്നു വാദം. റഫറിമാരുമായുള്ള തർക്കത്തിനിടെ തൃശൂർ ഗോൾ കീപ്പർ കോച്ച് റെക്സ് ഗബ്രിയേലും മാനേജർ സുശാന്ത് മാത്യുവും ചുവപ്പുകാർഡ് കണ്ടു.  പ്രതിഷേധത്തെത്തുടർന്ന് മൽസരം അരമണിക്കൂറോളം തടസപ്പെട്ടു. 

ഫോഴ്‌സയ്ക്കായി രണ്ടാം ഗോൾ നേടിയത് രാഹുൽ രാജുവാണ്. തൃശൂരിന്റെ രണ്ട് ഗോളുകളും പെനൽറ്റിയിലൂടെ സെർജിയോ ഗിൽ നേടി. ആറ് കളികളിൽ 13 പോയന്റുമായി കൊച്ചി ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനത്ത് തുടരുന്നു. ഇത്രയും കളികളിൽ നാല് പോയന്റുള്ള തൃശൂർ ആറാം സ്ഥാനത്താണ്.

Following a 2-2 draw in regulation time, Forca Kochi secured the win, consolidating their position at the top of the table with 13 points from 6 matches.
