ഫേസ്ബുക്കിൽ ഷെയർ ചെയ്ത മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയും ഉണ്ണികൃഷ്ണൻ പോറ്റിയും ഒരുമിച്ചുള്ള ചിത്രം ഒറിജിൽ ആണെന്ന വാദത്തിലുറച്ച് KPCC രാഷ്ട്രീയ കാര്യസമിതി അംഗം എൻ. സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യൻ. കോഴിക്കോട് ചേവായൂർ സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ എൻ. സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യനെയും സഹായിയെയും ഒരുമിച്ചിരുത്തിയാണ് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം നിയമവിരുദ്ധമായി കസ്റ്റഡിയിൽ എടുത്തതിനെതിരെ നിയമനടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കാനാണ് സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യൻ്റെ തീരുമാനം 

 കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം കസ്റ്റഡിയിലടുത്ത സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യനോട് ഇന്ന് ഹാജരാവാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതിൻ്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് മൊഴി നൽകാൻ എത്തിയത്.

രണ്ട് ഫോട്ടോകളാണ് സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യൻ ഫേസ് ബുക്കിൽ ഷെയർ ചെയ്തത്. പിന്നീട് ഇതിലൊന്ന് ഡിലീറ്റ് ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ അതിൽ അസ്വാഭാവികതയില്ലെന്നാണ് സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യൻ പറയുന്നത്. ചിത്രം പോസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്ത മൊബെലിൽ AI ടൂൾ ഇല്ലന്നും തന്‍റെ നിർദേശ പ്രകാരമാണ് സഹായി ഫോട്ടോ ഷെയർ ചെയ്തന്നും സുബ്രഹമണ്യൻ വ്യക്തമാക്കി
