എഴുത്തച്ഛൻ പുരസ്കാരം സാഹിത്യകാരൻ മേതിൽ രാധാകൃഷ്ണന്

Renowned author Methil Radhakrishnan has been selected for the Ezhuthachan Puraskaram 2026, the highest literary honor instituted by the Government of Kerala. The award carries a cash prize of ₹5 lakh along with a citation celebrating his comprehensive lifetime achievements in Malayalam literature. Minister P.C. Vishnunath formally announced the award, expressing delight in bestowing the top honor on the occasion of Kerala Piravi day. Jury member and Sahitya Akademi Chairman Kalpetta Narayanan remarked that Methil's groundbreaking linguistic innovations make him completely deserving of this historic recognition.
