'ഹർ ഘർ തിരംഗ' ആഘോഷത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ചൈൽഡ് കെയർ ഹോമുകളിലും അങ്കണവാടികളിലും കുട്ടികൾ വന്ദേമാതരം ആലപിക്കണമെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര വനിതാ ശിശുക്ഷേമ മന്ത്രാലയം നിർദേശം നൽകി. ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 9 മുതൽ 17 വരെയാണ് ആഘോഷങ്ങൾ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. എന്നാൽ, ഈ നിർദേശത്തിൽ ഇതുവരെ തുടർനടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടില്ലെന്നാണ് സംസ്ഥാന വനിതാ ശിശുക്ഷേമ വകുപ്പിന്റെ നിലപാട്.

സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യദിനാഘോഷങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഗമായി സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് വന്ദേമാതരം ആലപിക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ചീഫ് സെക്രട്ടറി നേരത്തെയും സർക്കുലർ അയച്ചിരുന്നു. ഈ വിഷയത്തിലുള്ള സർക്കാരിന്റെ ഔദ്യോഗിക നിലപാട് എന്താണെന്ന് ഇന്നു ചേരുന്ന മന്ത്രിസഭായോഗത്തിനു ശേഷം മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി വ്യക്തമാക്കുമെന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്. കുട്ടികളും ജീവനക്കാരും അധ്യാപകരും പരിപാടികളിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കണമെന്നാണ് കേന്ദ്ര ഉത്തരവിലുള്ളത്.
