മലങ്കര സഭയിലെ പള്ളികളുടെ പൊലീസ് സംരക്ഷണ തര്‍ക്കത്തില്‍ യാക്കോബായ സഭയ്ക്ക് ആശ്വാസം. 6 പള്ളികളിലെ പൊലീസ് സംരക്ഷണം ഹൈക്കോടതി ഡിവിഷന്‍ ബെഞ്ച് റദ്ദാക്കി. സിംഗിൾ ബെഞ്ച് വിധിക്കെതിരെ യാക്കോബായ സഭ നൽകിയ അപ്പീലുകളാണ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് എ.കെ.ജയശങ്കരൻ നമ്പ്യാർ അധ്യക്ഷനായ ഡിവിഷൻ ബെഞ്ച് അനുവദിച്ചത്. 

പള്ളികളുടെ അധികാരത്തര്‍ക്കം പരിഹരിക്കാന്‍ പൊലീസ് സംരക്ഷണം തേടുന്നത് ശരിയല്ലെന്ന് കോടതി ഓര്‍മ്മിപ്പിച്ചു. മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ മധ്യസ്ഥതയില്‍ സമവായ ചര്‍ച്ച നടത്താനുള്ള സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നീക്കം ഡിവിഷന്‍ ബെഞ്ച് അംഗീകരിച്ചു. മതകാര്യങ്ങളില്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന് ഇടപെടാൻ പരിമിതിയുണ്ടെന്നെ കാര്യം കോടതി ഓര്‍മ്മപ്പെടുത്തി. 

പള്ളികളിലെ അധികാരത്തര്‍ക്കം പരിഹരിക്കാന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന് കഴിയുമെന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷ. ക്രമസമാധാന പ്രശ്‌നം ഉയര്‍ന്നാല്‍ പരിഹരിക്കാന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന് ഇടപെടാം. സമൂഹത്തില്‍ സമാധാനം നിലനിര്‍ത്താന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന് ആവശ്യമെങ്കില്‍ നിയമനിര്‍മ്മാണം നടത്താമെന്നുമാണ് ഹൈക്കോടതി ഡിവിഷന്‍ ബെഞ്ചിന്റെ വിധി. 

ENGLISH SUMMARY:

The Kerala High Court Division Bench has granted relief to the Jacobite faction by cancelling the police protection previously ordered for six churches involved in the Malankara Church dispute. Justice A.K. Jayasankaran Nambiar, heading the bench, stated that seeking police intervention for internal religious power struggles is inappropriate. The court endorsed the state government's initiative to mediate a consensus through the Chief Minister. Additionally, the bench observed that the government holds the authority to enact legislation if necessary to ensure social peace and address law and order concerns within religious institutions.
