ശബരിമല യുവതി പ്രവേശനവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിവാദ പ്രസംഗത്തിൽ സിപിഎം നേതാവ് എം.സ്വരാജിനെതിരെ റിപ്പോർട്ട് തേടി കൊല്ലം ജുഡീഷ്യൽ ഫസ്റ്റ് ക്ലാസ് മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി. യൂത്ത് കോൺഗ്രസ് സംസ്ഥാന വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്‍റ് വിഷ്ണു സുനിൽ നൽകിയ പരാതിയിലാണ് കോടതി പൊലീസിന്‍റെ റിപ്പോർട്ട് തേടിയത്. 

2018ലായിരുന്നു എം.സ്വരാജിന്‍റെ വിവാദ പ്രസംഗം. മാളികപ്പുറത്തമ്മയുടെ കണ്ണുനീരാണ് കേരളത്തിൽ പ്രളയമായി നദികളിലൂടെ ഒഴുകിയതെന്നും അയ്യപ്പന്‍റെ ബ്രഹ്മചര്യം അവസാനിച്ചുവെന്നും അടങ്ങുന്നതായിരുന്നു പ്രസംഗം. ഇത് വിശ്വാസത്തെ ഹനിക്കുന്നതെന്നാണ് സുനിലിന്‍റെ പരാതിയിൽ പറയുന്നത്.

വിഷയത്തിൽ കൊല്ലം വെസ്റ്റ് എസ്എച്ച്ഒയ്ക്കും സിറ്റി പൊലീസ് കമ്മീഷണർക്കും വിഷ്ണു സുനിൽ നേരത്തെ പരാതി നൽകിയെങ്കിലും കേസ് എടുക്കാത്ത സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചത്. ഇതിന്‍റെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിലാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ റിപ്പോർട്ട് തേടിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. പ്രസംഗത്തിന്‍റെ വിഡിയോ സഹിതമാണ് പരാതി നൽകിയത്.
