Sanroyal Builders, already accused of duping customers in a flat project at Menamkulam, Thiruvananthapuram, is now facing serious allegations of fraud in their villa project at Njandoorkonam as well. Despite collecting crores for 42 villas, the company has completed fewer than 10. Years have passed, but the project remains incomplete, pushing the affected investors—many of whom paid lakhs—into legal action.
