സൗദിയിലെ മദീനയില്‍ വാഹനാപകടത്തില്‍ മലയാളി യുവാവ് മരിച്ചു. മലപ്പുറം വണ്ടൂര്‍ പാലക്കോട് സ്വദേശി പതിയമ്പാറ നൗഫല്‍ (36) ആണ് മരിച്ചത്. ആഷ്‌ടെല്‍ ഇന്റര്‍നാഷണല്‍ കമ്പനി ജീവനക്കാരനാണ്.
നാലു മാസം മുമ്പാണ് നൗഫല്‍ അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞ് ജോലിയില്‍ പ്രവേശിച്ചത്. നൗഫൽ ഓടിച്ച കാർ പോസ്റ്റിൽ ഇടിച്ചാണ് അപകടമുണ്ടായതെന്നാണ് വിവരം. മൃതദേഹം മദീനയിലെ അഹമ്മദി ആശുപത്രി മോര്‍ച്ചറിയില്‍ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ്. നാട്ടിലെത്തിക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമവും ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഭാര്യയും രണ്ട് മക്കളുമുണ്ട്.
