വിജയ് ചിത്രം ജനനായകന്‍ റിലീസ് ഈ മാസം 23ന്. പുതിയ പോസ്റ്റര്‍ സമൂഹമാധ്യമത്തില്‍ പങ്കുവച്ച് വിജയ്. ഏഴ് മാസത്തെ കാത്തിരിപ്പിനുശേഷമാണ് ‘ജനനായകൻ’ തിയേറ്ററിലേക്കെത്തുന്നത്. സെൻസർ ബോർഡിന്റെ എ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റോടെയാണ് സിനിമ തിയേറ്ററുകളിലെത്തുന്നത്. തമിഴ്നാട് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയും നടനുമായ വിജയ്​യുടെ അവസാന ചിത്രമാണ് ‘ജന നായകൻ’.

ഈ വര്‍ഷം ജനുവരി ഒന്‍പതിന് പൊങ്കൽ റിലീസി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരുന്ന ചിത്രം സെൻസർ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ കാരണം മാറ്റിവക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് മെയ് മാസത്തിൽ റിലീസ് ചെയ്യുമെന്ന് അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കിലും അതും നടന്നില്ല. റിലീസ് വൈകുന്നതിനെതിരെ നിർമാതാക്കൾ മദ്രാസ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയെയും സുപ്രീം കോടതിയെയും സമീപിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ പിന്നീട് സെൻസർ ബോർഡുമായി സഹകരിച്ച് മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വരുത്താനായി നിർമാതാക്കൾ കോടതി ഹർജികൾ പിൻവലിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.

എച്ച്. വിനോദ് സംവിധാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന ചിത്രത്തില്‍ പൂജ ഹെഗ്‌ഡെ, ബോബി ഡിയോൾ, മമിത ബൈജു എന്നിവരും പ്രധാന വേഷങ്ങളിൽ എത്തുന്നുണ്ട്. അനിരുദ്ധ് രവിചന്ദറാണ് ചിത്രത്തിന് സംഗീതം നൽകുന്നത്.
