പാലക്കാട് ചന്ദ്രനഗറിൽ ഹോട്ടലിൽ മോഷണം നടത്താനെത്തിയ പ്രതി വിശന്നപ്പോള്‍ അടുക്കളയില്‍ കയറി സ്വയം ഭക്ഷണവും ഉണ്ടാക്കി കഴിച്ചു. ഇന്ന് പുലർച്ചെയാണ് ചന്ദ്രനഗറിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന മൂൺ സിറ്റി ഹോട്ടലിൽ മോഷണം നടന്നത്. ഹോട്ടലിന്റെ പിൻഭാഗത്തെ കതക് പൊളിച്ചാണ് മോഷ്ടാവ് അകത്തു കയറിയത്. ഹോട്ടലുടമയുടെ പേഴ്സും ഫോൺ ചാർജറും എടുത്താണ് മോഷ്ടാവ് മുങ്ങിയത്. 29000 രൂപയും മോഷണം പോയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

മോഷണത്തിനിടയിൽ വിശന്നപ്പോൾ മോഷ്ടാവ് അടുക്കളയിൽ കയറി ഓംലെറ്റും ഉണ്ടാക്കി കഴിച്ചു. ഇതിനുശേഷം ബീഫ് ഫ്രൈ ഉണ്ടാക്കാനായിരുന്നു മോഷ്ടാവിന്‍റെ ശ്രമം. ഇത് കഴിക്കുന്നതിനിടയിലാണ് സിസിടിവി മോഷ്ടാവിന്‍റെ ശ്രദ്ധയില്‍പ്പെടുന്നത്. ഇത് കണ്ട് മോഷ്ടാവ് പെട്ടെന്നു തന്നെ സ്ഥലം വിട്ടു. സിസിടിവിയിൽ മോഷ്ടാവിന്റെ ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ പതിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്. സംഭവത്തില്ഡ വിരലടയാള വിദഗ്ധരും കസബ പൊലീസും സ്ഥലത്തെത്തി പരിശോധന നടത്തി. പ്രതിയെ കണ്ടെത്താനുള്ള അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
