ഫെഡറല്‍ ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ ലാഭം 1177 കോടിയായി ഉയര്‍ന്നു. ഈ സാമ്പത്തികവര്‍ഷത്തെ ഏപ്രില്‍ മുതല്‍ ജൂണ്‍ വരെയുള്ള ആദ്യ പാദത്തില്‍ മുന്‍ വര്‍ഷം ഇതേ കാലയളവിലേക്കാള്‍ 36.57 ശതമാനം വര്‍ധനയാണ് ലാഭത്തിലുണ്ടായത്. 

 

ആറു ലക്ഷം കോടിരൂപയാണ് ഇക്കാലയളവില്‍ ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ ആകെ ബിസിനസ്. ഒരു ലക്ഷം കോടിയുടെ പ്രവാസി നിക്ഷേപം ഇക്കാലയളവില്‍ ബാങ്കിന് സമാഹരിക്കാനായി. 

 

ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ അറ്റ നിഷ്ക്രിയ ആസ്തി പതിറ്റാണ്ടിലെ താഴ്ന്നനിരക്കിലേക്ക് എത്തിക്കാനായെന്നും ഫെഡറല്‍ ബാങ്ക് എം.ഡിയും സി.ഇ.ഒയുമായ കെ.വി.എസ് മണിയന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

Federal Bank's net profit has increased to ₹1,177 crore. The bank recorded a 36.57% rise in profit during the first quarter of the current financial year, from April to June, compared with the same period last year. The bank's total business stood at ₹6 lakh crore during the period. Federal Bank also mobilised NRI deposits worth ₹1 lakh crore during the quarter.
