പാക്കിസ്ഥാനില്‍ നടക്കാനിരിക്കുന്ന ചാംപ്യന്‍സ് ട്രോഫി ക്രിക്കറ്റ് ടൂര്‍ണമെന്‍റില്‍ ഇന്ത്യ പങ്കെടുത്തേക്കില്ല. ഇന്ത്യ– പാക് നയതന്ത്ര ബന്ധം മോശമായിരിക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് തീരുമാനം. ഇന്ത്യയുടെ മല്‍സരങ്ങള്‍ ദുബായിലോ ശ്രീലങ്കയിലോ നടത്തണമെന്ന് ബിസിസിഐ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. നിലവില്‍ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ എല്ലാ മല്‍സരങ്ങള്‍ക്കും  ലഹോറാണ് വേദി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
