കേരളത്തിലെ ശ്വാസകോശരോഗ വിദഗ്ധരുടെ സംഘടനയായ അക്കാദമി ഓഫ് പള്‍മനോളജി ആന്‍ഡ് ക്രിട്ടിക്കല്‍ കെയര്‍ മെഡിസിന്‍റെ പുതിയ ഭാരവാഹികളെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു. പ്രമുഖ പള്‍മനോളജിസ്റ്റ് ഡോ. ജോജു പോംപ്സണ്‍ ആണ് പുതിയ പ്രസിഡന്‍റ്. സെക്രട്ടറിയായി കൊച്ചി ആസ്റ്റര്‍ മെഡ്സിറ്റിയിലെ സീനിയര്‍ കള്‍സള്‍ട്ടന്‍റ് ഡോ.പ്രവീണ്‍ വല്‍സലനെയും നിശ്ചയിച്ചു. മഞ്ചേരി കൊരമ്പയില്‍ ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിലെ പള്‍മനോളജി വിഭാഗത്തില്‍ സീനിയര്‍ കണ്‍സള്‍ട്ടന്‍റാണ് ഡോ.ജോജു പോംസണ്‍. 

കോഴിക്കോട് ചേര്‍ന്ന അക്കാദമി ഓഫ് പള്‍മനോളജി ആന്‍ഡ് ക്രിട്ടിക്കല്‍ കെയര്‍ മെഡിസിന്‍ വാര്‍ഷിക പൊതുയോഗമാണ് ഭാരവാഹികളെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തത്. മൂന്നുവര്‍ഷമാണ് പുതിയ ഭാരവാഹികളുടെ കാലാവധി. 1200ലേറെ പള്‍മനോളജിസ്റ്റുകള്‍ സംഘടനയില്‍ അംഗങ്ങളായ സംഘടനയാണ് എപിസിസിഎം.

APCCM Elects New Leaders: Dr. Joju Pomson as President, Dr. Praveen Valsalan as Secretary:

The Academy of Pulmonology and Critical Care Medicine (APCCM), representing pulmonologists in Kerala, has elected its new office bearers. Renowned pulmonologist Dr. Joju Pomson has been appointed as the new President, while Dr. Praveen Valsalan from Aster Medcity, Kochi, takes charge as the Secretary. The election took place during the association’s annual general meeting held in Kozhikode. The newly elected leadership will serve a three-year term leading the organization, which boasts a membership of over 1,200 pulmonologists.
