എംജി സര്‍വകലാശാല ബിഎ ഇംഗ്ളീഷ് ലിറ്ററേച്ചര്‍ പരീക്ഷയിലാണ് സെന്‍റ് ഡൊമിനിക് കോളജിലെ ഇരട്ടകളായ ലിയ ട്രീസ ജോര്‍ജും, ലിസ മറിയം ജോര്‍ജും ഒന്നാംറാങ്ക് നേടിയത്.  ഒന്നാക്ളാസ് മുതല്‍ ഒരേക്ളാസില്‍ പഠിച്ചു മുന്നേറിയ ലിയയും ലിസയും പത്താംക്ളാസിലും മിന്നും വിജയം നേടിയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോള്‍ ബിരുദ പരീക്ഷയില്‍ റാങ്ക് തിളക്കം.  സിവില്‍ സര്‍വീസ് ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടാണ് ഇനിയുളള പഠനവും പരിശീലനവുമെന്ന് ഇരുവരും പറയുന്നു.

പൊടിമറ്റം വെട്ടിക്കല്‍ രാജു മാത്യുവിന്‍റെയും അധ്യാപിക റീനയുടെയും മക്കളാണ്. പഠനത്തിനൊപ്പം പാട്ടിലും സംഗീതഉപകരണങ്ങള്‍ വായിക്കുന്നതിനും ലിയയും ലിസയും മിടുക്കരാണ്.

Twin sisters Liya Treesa George and Lisa Mariyam George, who started their schooling together in the first grade, have both secured the first rank in the MG University BA English Literature examination. They studied together in the same class from first grade and also achieved excellent results in their tenth-grade examinations. Residents of Podimattom in Kanjirappally, Kottayam, Liya and Lisa are the proud daughters of Raju Mathew Vettickal and teacher Reena. Besides academics, they are also talented in singing and playing musical instruments. Both sisters aspire to pursue civil service for their future studies and training.
