രക്ഷാപ്രവര്‍ത്തന അട്ടിമറി കേസിലെ എ.ഡി.ജി.പി എം.ആര്‍.അജിത് കുമാറിന്റെ സസ്പെന്ഷന് നീട്ടി. നാല് മാസത്തേക്ക് കൂടിയാണ് സസ്പെന്ഷന് നീട്ടി ഉത്തരവിറക്കിയത്. മൂന്ന് മാസമായി അജിത് കുമാര്‍ സസ്പെന്‍ഷനിലാണ്.
സസ്പെന്‍ഷനെതിരെ അജിത് കുമാര്‍ ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചെങ്കിലും തീരുമാനമായിട്ടില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ സസ്പെന്ഷന് ശേഷമുള്ള വകുപ്പുതല അന്വേഷണവും തുടങ്ങിയിട്ടില്ല. ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ സസ്പെന്ഷന് തുടരാമെന്ന് ചീഫ് സെക്രട്ടറി ശുപാര്‍ശ ചെയ്തതോടെയാണ് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നീട്ടാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചത്.
