സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഇന്ന് രാത്രിയിലും ഭാഗിക വൈദ്യുതി നിയന്ത്രണമെന്ന് കെ.എസ് ഇ ബി. വൈദ്യുതി ഉപഭോഗം കൂടിയതും പവർ എക്സ്ചേഞ്ചിൽ നിന്ന് മതിയായ വൈദ്യുതി ലഭിക്കാത്തതുമാണ് കാരണം.
വൈദ്യുതി ലഭ്യതയിൽ അറുന്നൂറ് മെഗാവാട്ട് വരെ കുറവുണ്ട്. രാത്രി ഏഴിനും പന്ത്രണ്ടിനും ഇടയിലായിരിക്കും നിയന്ത്രണം. കഴിഞ്ഞ രണ്ട് ദിവസമായി രാത്രിയിൽ ഭാഗിക വൈദ്യുതി നിയന്ത്രണം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നു.
