നിപ പ്രതിരോധത്തില്‍ ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പിനെതിരെ ആഞ്ഞടിച്ച് പ്രതിപക്ഷനേതാവ് പിണറായി വിജയന്‍. ആരോഗ്യമന്ത്രിയും ജില്ലാ ഭരണകൂടവും തമ്മില്‍ ഏകോപനമില്ലെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. ആരോഗ്യമന്ത്രി സ്ഥലത്ത് ക്യാംപ് ചെയ്യുക എന്നതാണ് രീതിയെന്നും പിണറായി കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്തു. എരണം കെട്ടവര്‍ ഭരിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ അനര്‍ഥം ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്ന കെ.മുരളീധരന്‍റെ പഴയ പ്രസ്താവന ഒാര്‍മിപ്പിച്ച് ആരു ഭരിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് നോക്കിയല്ല രോഗവ്യാപനമെന്നും പിണറായി വിജയന്‍ വിമര്‍ശിച്ചു.

ആരോഗ്യ മന്ത്രി പകര്‍ച്ചവ്യാധിക്കാലത്ത് ശാപവാക്കുകള്‍ പറഞ്ഞയാളായിരുന്നെന്നും ആ രീതിയില്‍ തിരിച്ചുപറയാന്‍ ഞങ്ങളില്ലെന്നും പ്രതിപക്ഷനേതാവ് പറഞ്ഞു. നിപയെ പ്രതിപക്ഷം രാഷ്ട്രീയ ആയുധമാക്കില്ലെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ അദ്ദേഹം നിയമ വിരുദ്ധ സ്ഥലം മാറ്റങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വഴങ്ങാത്തതുകൊണ്ടാണ് ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടറെ മാറ്റിയതെന്നും ആരോപിച്ചു.

നിപ പ്രതിരോധത്തില്‍ എല്ലാവിധ സഹകരണവും നൽകുമെന്നും ഒറ്റക്കെട്ടായി പ്രതിരോധിക്കണമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. എവന്നാല്‍ നിപ കൺട്രോൾ റൂം ജനപ്രതിനിധികൾക്ക് കയറാൻ പറ്റാത്ത സ്ഥലം ആയാണ് കാണുന്നതെന്നും പിണറായി വിജയന്‍. കോളറ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചു എന്ന് മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു കോളറ ഇല്ലെന്ന് ഡിഎംഒ പറഞ്ഞു. ആര് പറഞ്ഞതാണ് ശരി എന്ന ആശയക്കുഴപ്പം ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് ഉണ്ടെന്നും പിണറായി.

പകർച്ച വ്യാധി പ്രതിരോധത്തിന് സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ആവശ്യത്തിന് മരുന്നുകൾ ഇല്ലെന്നും ഇത് പരിഹരിക്കണമെന്നും പിണറായി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ശുചീകരണ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ഊർജിതം ആക്കണമെന്നും പിണറായി പറഞ്ഞു.

കന്റോണ്‍മെന്റ് ഹൗസ് ഇതുവരെ കിട്ടിയില്ലെന്നും  അതിനാലാണ് വാര്‍ത്താ സമ്മേളനം AKG സെന്ററിലായതെന്നും പറഞ്ഞായിരുന്നു പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവ് വാര്‍ത്താസമ്മേളനം ആരംഭിച്ചത്. ക്ലിഫ് ഹൗസിലെ അറ്റകുറ്റപ്പണി കഴിഞ്ഞുകാണില്ല. മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി എപ്പോള്‍ ഒഴിയുമെന്നറിയില്ലെന്നും പിണറായി വിജയന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

Vijayan concluded his media brief by taking a swipe at the government over structural delays, noting that he had to conduct the meeting at the party headquarters since the official Cantonment House residence is yet to be handed over to him.
