കോട്ടയം തലയോലപ്പറമ്പില് പാചക വാതക സിലിണ്ടറുകള് നിറച്ചെത്തിയ ലോറിയില് കയറി യുവാവിന്റെ പരാക്രമം. സിലിണ്ടറുകളിലൊന്ന് കുത്തിത്തുറന്നാണ് യുവാവ് തീ കൊളുത്തിയത്. വെട്ടിക്കാട്ടുമുക്കില് രാത്രിയില് നിര്ത്തിയിട്ട ലോറിയില് കയറിയാണ് യുവാവ് അക്രമം കാണിച്ചത്. അഗ്നിരക്ഷാസേനയെത്തി തീയണച്ചതിനാല് വന് ദുരന്തം ഒഴിവായി. കടപ്ലാമറ്റം സ്വദേശിയാണ് യുവാവെന്ന് തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞു. ഇയാള്ക്ക് മനോദൗര്ബല്യമുണ്ടെന്നാണ് പ്രാഥമിക റിപ്പോര്ട്ട്.

A potentially major disaster was narrowly avoided in Thalayolaparambu, Kottayam, when a man climbed onto a parked lorry carrying LPG cylinders at Vettikkattumukku and set fire to it after allegedly puncturing one of the cylinders.
