അപ്രതീക്ഷിത മലവെള്ളപ്പാച്ചിലും ഉരുൾപൊട്ടലും ചൂരൽ മലയിലെ കച്ചവടക്കാരെ വൻ കടക്കണിയിലേക്ക് ആണ് തള്ളിവിട്ടത്. ഇനി കച്ചവടം അവിടെ തുടരാൻ ആകുമോ എന്ന് പോലും  അറിയാൻ കഴിയാത്ത അനിശ്ചിതാവസ്ഥ തുടരുമ്പോൾ വായ്പാ തിരിച്ചടവ് തലയ്ക്കു മുകളിൽ ഭീഷണിയായി നിൽക്കുകയാണ്. അതേസമയം മുണ്ടക്കൈയിൽ മൂന്നോ നാലോ കച്ചവടക്കാർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഉരുൾപൊട്ടലിൽ നിന്ന് രക്ഷപ്പെടാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ളൂ. കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു പതിറ്റാണ്ടോളമായി ചൂരൽ മലയിൽ കച്ചവടം ചെയ്യുന്ന എ.മൻസൂറിന് സർക്കാറിനും പൊതുസമൂഹത്തിനും മുന്നിൽ വയ്ക്കാൻ ഉണ്ട് ചില കാര്യങ്ങൾ.
