പൊലീസ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് പ്രകാരം സുഖ്ബീര്‍ ഹരിയാന ഹിസാറില്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്ത് വരികയായിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ നാട്ടിലെത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ സോനത്തിന് മറ്റൊരു പുരുഷനുമായി ബന്ധമുണ്ടെന്ന് ഒരു ആരോപണം സുഖ്ബീറിന്‍റെ കാതുകളിലെത്തി. പിന്നാലെ ദമ്പതികള്‍ വഴക്കിലായി. വഴക്ക് പൊലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷന്‍ വരെയെത്തി. എന്നാല്‍ പൊലീസ് ഇവരോട് സംസാരിച്ച് മടക്കി അയച്ചു. 

തൊട്ടടുത്ത ദിവസം വീണ്ടും ദമ്പതികള്‍ തമ്മില്‍ വഴക്കുണ്ടായി. പിന്നാലെ ഭര്‍ത്താവ് ഭാര്യയെ കസേരയില്‍ കെട്ടിയിട്ട് വീടിന് തീകൊളുത്തി കുട്ടികളുമായി മുങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു. അഗ്നിശമനസേന എത്തിയപ്പോഴേക്കും സോനം മുഴുവനായി അഗ്നിക്കിരയായിരുന്നു. പിന്നാലെ ഹിസാര്‍ വിടാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ച സുഖ്ബീറിനെ പൊലീസ് പിടികൂടി.
