ശബരിമല സ്വർണക്കൊള്ളക്കേസില് തിരുവിതാംകൂര് ദേവസ്വം ബോര്ഡ് മുന് അംഗം കെ.പി.ശങ്കരദാസിന് ജാമ്യം. കൊല്ലം വിജിലന്സ് കോടതിയാണ് ജാമ്യം അനുവദിച്ചത്. അറസ്റ്റിലായി തൊണ്ണൂറ് ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും കുറ്റപത്രം സമര്പ്പിക്കാത്തതിനാല് സ്വാഭാവിക ജാമ്യമാണ് ലഭിച്ചത്. സ്വര്ണക്കൊള്ളയുമായുള്ള രണ്ട് കേസിലും ശങ്കരദാസിന് ജാമ്യം ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ജനുവരി 14നാണ് ശങ്കരദാസ് അറസ്റ്റിലായത്. നേരത്തെ ആരോഗ്യ കാരണങ്ങള് കാട്ടി ജാമ്യത്തിന് ശ്രമിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കിലും അപേക്ഷ വിജിലന്സ് കോടതി തള്ളിയിരുന്നു. ശബരിമല സ്വര്ണക്കവര്ച്ചാ കേസുകളില് അറസ്റ്റിലായ പന്ത്രണ്ടുപേരില് ശങ്കരദാസ് ഒഴികെയുള്ളവര് വ്യത്യസ്ത സമയങ്ങളില് ജാമ്യം നേടി പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയിരുന്നു. ശങ്കരദാസിന് കൂടി ജാമ്യം ലഭിച്ചതോടെ സ്വർണക്കൊള്ളയിലെ എല്ലാവരും ജയിലിന് പുറത്തിറങ്ങി.
