ആലുവ രാജഗിരി ആശുപത്രിയിൽ കാഹോയുടെ (CAHO) ആഭിമുഖ്യത്തിൽ എച്ച്.ആർ കോൺക്ലേവ് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. ആരോഗ്യമേഖലയിൽ നൂതന സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യകളും ആർട്ടിഫിഷ്യൽ ഇന്റലിജൻസും വരുത്തുന്ന മാറ്റങ്ങൾ കോൺക്ലേവിൽ ചർച്ചയായി. ഇരുന്നൂറോളം പ്രതിനിധികൾ പങ്കെടുത്ത ചടങ്ങിൽ, മികച്ച എച്ച്.ആർ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള പുരസ്കാര വിതരണവും നടന്നു. ഏതൊരു സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്റെയും യഥാർത്ഥ മൂലധനം അവിടുത്തെ മനുഷ്യ വിഭവശേഷിയാണെന്ന് ചടങ്ങില് പങ്കെടുത്ത ജസ്റ്റിസ് ദേവൻ രാമചന്ദ്രൻ പറഞ്ഞു. രാജഗിരി മെഡിക്കൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ഡോ. ജിജി കുരുട്ടുകുളം രചിച്ച പുസ്തകത്തിന്റെ പ്രകാശനവും ഇതിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് നിർവഹിച്ചു.

Justice Devan Ramachandran, who attended as the chief guest, emphasized that human resources are the true capital of any institution. The event, attended by around 200 delegates, also featured an award ceremony recognizing excellence in HR practices. Additionally, a book authored by Dr. Gigi Kuruttukulam, Medical Director of Rajagiri Hospital, was officially released during the function. The conclave served as a platform for experts to discuss strategies for enhancing workforce efficiency in hospitals.
