ജീവിതം പഠിക്കാൻ കച്ചവട സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ഏറെ നേരം ചിലവഴിച്ച് വിദ്യാർഥികളുടെ പ്രാഥമിക പഠനം. അമരമ്പലം സൗത്ത് ജി.യു.പി. സ്കൂളിൽ തുടരുന്ന മെഗാ സഹ വാസക്യാമ്പിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായാണ്കുട്ടികൾ പൂക്കോട്ടുംപാടം അങ്ങാടിയിലെത്തിയത്.

54 കുട്ടികൾ ഏകദേശം രണ്ടുമണിക്കൂറോളമാണ് ഓരോ വ്യാപാര സ്ഥാപനത്തിലും ചിലവഴിച്ചത്. സ്റ്റുഡിയോ, ഫാൻസി , ടെക്സ്റ്റയിൽസ്, ബേക്കറി, ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽസ് , ബുക്ക് സ്റ്റാൾ, മൊബൈൽ കടകൾ , പലചരക്ക് , സൂപ്പർ മാർക്കറ്റ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നാണ്,  കുട്ടികൾ  അവരുടെ കുഞ്ഞു ലോകത്തെ കൂടുതൽ വലുതായറിഞ്ഞത്.

പൂക്കോട്ടുംപാടം ടൗണിലെ 21 വ്യാപാരസ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലാണ് കുട്ടികൾ എത്തിയത്. വിദ്യാർഥികളെ വ്യാപാരസ്ഥാപനത്തിന്‍റെ നടത്തിപ്പുകളെ കുറിച്ചും ഉടമസ്ഥരുടെയും ജീവനക്കാരുടെയും പ്രയാസങ്ങളും വെല്ലുവിളികളും ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്താൻ കൂടിയായിരുന്നു യാത്ര. സ്കൂളിലെ മുഴുവൻ വിദ്യാർഥികൾക്കും വരും ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഇതേ ക്യാംപ് ഒരുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.

ENGLISH SUMMARY:

Students from Amarambalam South GUP School recently visited the Pookkottumpadam market as part of a residential camp. This unique initiative aimed to provide children with practical knowledge about daily trade and commerce. Around 54 students spent two hours interacting with local shopkeepers and understanding their business challenges. They visited various establishments including bakeries, textile shops, and supermarkets to learn real-life lessons. Such outdoor activities help students bridge the gap between classroom theories and practical applications. The school plans to extend this enriching experience to all its students in the coming days.
