ശബരിമല സ്വർണക്കൊള്ളയിലെ  മുഖ്യ ഇടനിലക്കാരനും പുറത്ത്. ചെന്നൈ സ്മാർട്ട് ക്രിയേഷനിൽ നിന്ന് സ്വർണം ബെള്ളാരിയിലെ ജ്വല്ലറി ഉടമയ്ക്ക് എത്തിച്ചു നൽകിയെന്ന്  കൽപേഷ് ജയിൻ സമ്മതിച്ചു. തന്‍റെ സ്ഥാപനവും ബെള്ളാരിയിലെ റൊദ്ദം ജ്വല്ലറി ഉടമയുമായുള്ള ബിസിനസ്  ബന്ധത്തിന്‍റെ പേരിലാണ് സ്വർണം എത്തിച്ചു നൽകിയതെന്ന് കൽപേഷ് അവകാശപെട്ടു.

ദേവസ്വം വിജിലൻസ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ സമർപ്പിച്ച റിപ്പോർട്ടിലാണ്  കൽപേഷ് എന്ന പേര് ആദ്യമായി ഉയർന്നത്. വേർതിരിച്ചെടുത്ത സ്വർണത്തിൽ ബാക്കിയുണ്ടായിരുന്ന 476 ഗ്രാം കൽപേഷ് ബെള്ളാരിയിൽ എത്തിച്ചു നൽകിയെന്നായിരുന്നു പരാമർശം.  ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ചെന്നൈ സൗകാർപെട്ടിലുള്ള  കാളികുണ്ടു ജ്വല്ലറിക്ക്‌ ബെള്ളാരിയിലെ റോദ്ദം ജ്വല്ലറിയുമായി ഇടപാടുകളുണ്ട്. ഉടമയുടെ നിർദേശ പ്രകാരമാണ് സ്വർണം കൊണ്ടുപോയതന്നാണ് ഇയാളുടെ അവകാശ വാദം. 35000 രൂപ  ഇതിന് പ്രതിഫലം കിട്ടിയെന്നും കൽപേഷ് ജയിൻ സമ്മതിച്ചു.എന്നാൽ ഉണ്ണികൃഷ്ണൻ പോറ്റിയെ അറിയില്ല.

വെറുമൊരു  ഒറ്റമുറി സ്ഥാപനമായ കാളികുണ്ടു  ജ്വല്ലറിയും  ബെള്ളാരിയിലെ പ്രമുഖ  സ്വർണ ഇടപാടുകാരനും തമ്മിൽ  ബന്ധമുണ്ടെന്ന് അവകാശ പെടുന്നതും ദുരൂഹമാണ്.

His name first appeared in the Devaswom Vigilance report submitted to the High Court, which mentioned that Kalpesh delivered the remaining 476 grams of separated gold to Bellary. However, the connection between the seemingly small Chennai establishment and the prominent Bellary gold dealer is viewed with suspicion. Kalpesh denies knowing Unnikrishnan Potty.
