മലപ്പുറം എരമംഗലത്ത് ഉല്സവത്തിനിടെ ഉണ്ടായ സംഘര്ഷത്തില് സിപിഎം അംഗത്തിന്റെ മകനെയും ഡിവൈഎഫ്ഐ പ്രവര്ത്തകരെയും മര്ദിച്ച പൊലീസുകാര്ക്ക് സസ്പെന്ഷന്. പെരുമ്പടപ്പ് പൊലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനിലെ രണ്ട് പൊലീസുകാരെ അന്വേഷണ വിധേയമായി സസ്പെന്ഡ് ചെയ്തു. സീനിയര് സിപിഒ സാന് സോമന്, സിപിഒ യു.ഉമേഷ് എന്നിവര്ക്കെതിരെയാണ് നടപടി. സിപിഒ െജ.ജോജോയെ കോട്ടയ്ക്കലിലേക്ക് സ്ഥലംമാറ്റി.
