കോട്ടയ്ക്കലില്‍ വിവാഹവീട്ടിൽ ജിലേബി തയാറാക്കുന്ന പാത്രത്തിൽ വീണ യുവതി മരിച്ചു. അപകടത്തില്‍ ഗുരുതരമായി പൊള്ളലേറ്റ് ഒന്നര മാസമായി ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്ന കൊളത്തുപ്പറമ്പ് ചെറുപറമ്പിൽ ഹമീദിന്റെയും സൗദയുടെ മകൾ ഷഹാനയാണ് മരിച്ചത്. 24 വയസായിരുന്നു. കണ്ണമംഗലത്തെ വിവാഹവീട്ടിലായിരുന്നു അപകടം നടന്നത്. 

അപകടം സംഭവിച്ച ശേഷം വിവിധ ആശുപത്രികളിൽ ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്നു ഷഹാന. തേക്കിൻകാടൻ ഷഫീഖ് ആണ് ഭര്‍ത്താവ്. ഷഹ്സാന്‍ മകനാണ്. 

ENGLISH SUMMARY:

A young woman died after falling into a vessel of boiling jalebi syrup at a wedding house in Kottakkal. The deceased is Shahana, daughter of Hameed and Sauda from Cheruparambil, Kolathuparamba. She was 24 years old. Shahana had been undergoing treatment for one and a half months after sustaining severe burns in the accident, which occurred at a wedding house in Kannamangalam.
