കോഴിക്കോട് ഓമശേരിയില്‍ യുവാവിനെ തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയി മര്‍ദിച്ചു. കോടഞ്ചേരിയിലെ റിസോർട്ടിൽ എത്തിച്ചും താമരശേരിയിലെ ആളൊഴിഞ്ഞ വീട്ടിലെത്തിച്ചുമായിരുന്നു ക്രൂരമര്‍ദനം. പൂർണ നഗ്നനാക്കി മർദിച്ച ശേഷം ശരീരത്തിൽ മുളകുപൊടി തേച്ചെന്ന് യുവാവ് മനോരമ ന്യൂസിനോട് പറഞ്ഞു. മര്‍ദിച്ച് അവശനാക്കിയ ശേഷം ഇന്ന് രാവിലെ താമരശേരി ടൗണിൽ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടു പോയതിനു പിന്നിൽ സാമ്പത്തിക ഇടപാടെന്നാണ് സംശയം. ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തിന്‍റെ ഉടമയാണ് തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ട് പോകലിന് പിന്നിലെന്ന് മര്‍ദനമേറ്റ ഷബീര്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. 

തിങ്കളാഴ്ച്ചയാണ് ഷബീറിനെ തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയത്. സാമ്പത്തിക ഇടപാടുകളാണ് തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ട് പോകലിന് പിന്നിലെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാണെങ്കിലും ഇക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ അന്വേഷണം വേണ്ടി വരും. സ്വര്‍ണകടത്ത്, ഹവാല ഇടപാടുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് പ്രദേശത്ത് മുന്‍പും തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോകല്‍  ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്. അതിനാല്‍ തന്നെ അനധികൃത പണമിടപാട് ആണോ ഇവിടെയും ഉണ്ടായതെന്ന് വിശദമായി അന്വേഷിക്കും.

A young man from Kozhikode’s Omassery was abducted and brutally assaulted before being abandoned in Thamarassery town. The attackers first took him to a resort in Kodenchery and later to an isolated house in Thamarassery, where he was subjected to extreme physical torture. Speaking to Manorama News, the victim revealed that he was stripped naked and beaten severely. The attackers even rubbed chili powder on his body. After being left in a weakened state, he was abandoned in Thamarassery town this morning. Preliminary investigations suggest that the abduction and assault were linked to financial transactions. Police have launched a probe into the incident.
